WELCOME

We all like to make people feel appreciated and thought about. Often it is said with flowers. The flowers may be given to you in person or sent interflora. What ever the occasion, a small posy or large bouquet, the receiving of is a delightful surprise. The giving is equally fulfilling. Flowers are always a welcome gesture. Having recently been in hospital with 8 weeks recovering (back to work next week), I must say that flowers have been most welcome and cheery sight.

Very nice! Reminds me of the rag-tag dandelion and goldenrod bouquets my boys would give me when they were really small...golden memories!

Hi Gai;

Thanks for your sensitive critique! I think there is something in what you say and maybe that is part of what has been bothering me about the painting! Your input is much appreciated.

BTW, sorry to hear you were recently in the hospital...warm wishes for a speedy and full recovery!

Aww, fantastic bright colors here. This is such a lovely sight, and you are so right about the gift of flowers.

Eight weeks in the hospital! Oh goodness, that's an awfully long time. I'm glad you are on the mend.

Hugs

I love the image, it reminds me of how much I love flowers. Being a bloke means that that I don't get that many. But that doesn't deter me from giving them out. I wish you better after your recent stay in hospital.

Greetings from London.
